In the new UI, when I am filtering, no matter if it is controls, third parties, assets etc. and afterwards changing the width of the columns by dragging the width the filter/search resets every time

Changes are not saved automatically.
If you make changes to a system view, you’ll be prompted to create a copy of that view.
If you’re editing an existing custom view, changes are saved automatically.
