Hi Folks we have a security awareness programe which sends out reminders from eramba. Some users are getting reminder and then when they log in are being told that there training is up to date
When I have looked at the account in questions it seems that they have been duplicated in eramba
Any idea on what I could do to remove the duplicates ?
