# Bug - Policy Portal not working After e3.19.0 Update

We applied the latest update and have discovered that now when accessing the policy portal I get " An Internal Error Has Occurred". Is anyone else seeing similar?
This occurs while logged in, while not logged in, and from private browsing mode.

which version are you at?

I had not seen this. I applied the update and it’s working now. Thank you.
