Bug - Risk Treatment settings not working

Hi team,

I have found that if I report a new risk, and then I can save the item without the mandatory fields in treatment part. For example, if I choose mitigate option as the treatment, I can save the risk without introducing an internal control. Same for acceptance. Can save it without a risk exception.

This was working earlier.

Please look into it and fix it.
