I’m unable to save a description for risks. We’re using version e1.0.6.035.

I could not replicate this on demo-e.eramba.org (also running r35), this has to be something on your install, i’m checking wiht Martin to see what comes to his head.

We suspect the upgrade from 34 to 35 did not completed well for you, can you try clearing up the cache (System / Settings / Clear Cache), make sure the top warning says “cache cleared ok” and test again?

Clearing the cache seems to have resolved the issue.
The descriptions were actually being persisted, just not displaying via the UI.

All fixed now.
