I tested out the video feature of the awareness program by uploading a 23 minute mp4 into the system. As expected in the demo, after reading the policy html uploaded it went to the video. As we’re using the same video for several different awareness programs, I tested skipping to the end where I viewed the last 20 seconds of the video.
The understood button never enabled to allow me to continue. Is this a bug or feature?
It actually is a bug, is a bit strange how it works.
If you wait the time the video takes, you can click “continue” after it finishes.
If you use the fast forward you need to wait the time of the video multiplied by 1000 - that was part of the plugin and we have no idea why that is there, never no-one picked up.
