# Feature-Awareness program statistics

On e3.25.0:

when i create a new awareness program, i see the following:

**1/ message used when new awareness is created**

the message should show numbers:

- users in the program: just show the number of users
- excluded: same as above
- compliant: just run the **“calculation” process** on what this number should be based on what you have on the db
- and so on…

this is how it looks the day after we start an awareness, this should have been done when you create and start the awareness not the day after.

**2/ midnight reminder when i start**

when i “start” the program, why do we need to wait until midnight for emails to be sent to the queue? can we send emails to the queue immediately. if we stop and start again, of course you dont have to send emails because you already sent them…

**3/ stats updated as progress is done**

the following day emails were sent, when a user completes the training the stats dont calculate automatically, you again need to wait for the **“calculation” process** to run at midnight.

i completed the training:

but the stats wont update until night:

**4/ bulk editing the portals on multiple user accounts does not work**

on eramba.cloud.\* if i select multiple users and i try appending using bulk edits the awareness portal i get that error .. the strange thing is that you get the error but still the change does work.
