Feature - delimiter export should work on imports as well

On e3.24.1:

• when you go to system / settings / delimiter
• you are presented with two options: “,” and “;”
• the problem is, they only work on exports, not on imports

We need:

• to make this work on imports and exports
• the message should be updated

Thanks, that helps a lot! The hint text below the dropdown menu is still only mentioning “exporting CSV files” though.
