# Feature - new default notifications

We need the following default notifications on Compliance Management / OA:

**Recipients: OA recipient and OA Auditor**  
**Subject: Online Assessment has been initiated**  
Body:  
Hello,  
An online assessment with the name “$name” is waiting for your feedback. Please click on the link below to access.

%link-not-authenticated%  
%link-authenticated%

Regards

**Recipients: OA recipient and OA Auditor**  
**Subject: Online Assessment has been stopped**  
Body:  
Hello,  
An online assessment with the name “$name” has been stopped, you won’t be able to provide further feedback.

**Recipients: OA recipient and OA Auditor**  
**Subject: Online Assessment has been Submitted**  
**Body:**  
Hello,  
An online assessment with the name “$name” has been submitted.

We need the following default notifications on Settings / User Management:

**Recipients: User role**  
**Subject: An account has been created in eramba for you**  
**Body:**

Hello,

An account has been created for you in eramba, the following details will allow you to login to the system and change the default password assigned to you:

Username: %USERNAME%  
Temporal Password: %PASSWORD%

Please use one of the following links to change your password:

Main Portal: %MAIN\_PORTAL\_LOGIN\_URL%
