Feature - Reports migration

We are moving reporting to the new engine and the new UI. This is the first of two phases and it is a migration: the reports you have today, running on the new stack.
The new capabilities, still discussed here: Feature-New Reporting (Draft) come in phase 2. None of this is final and the naming may still change.

A new report builder

Reports are built in the new UI. The building blocks are the same six as before: text, chart, table, filter, task list and calendar. You drag them into place, edit the title and description inline, and the report renders while you work. What you see in the designer is what the PDF prints.

Item reports work the same way, with a selector at the top to switch the item.

A new PDF engine

PDFs are produced by a small dedicated service running headless Chromium, instead of wkhtmltopdf. Nothing to install on the host, no dependency on the application being able to call itself through your proxy, and the charts in the PDF are the same charts you see in the browser. The export runs in the background and a failed export tells you, instead of handing you a broken file.
