# Feature-Software alert notifications

We need a way to notify all “Admin” group member with the **low/left warning modal** when:

- Email settings are still default, message “Without email configuration, you will not receive system failure notifications. Please configure email settings before proceeding”

We need a way to notify all “Admin” group member by **email** when:

- An automation script failed and that was logged on the log
- The system health triggered an issue
- License is about to expire in 1 month, 2 weeks, 1 week and 1 day.
- When a job failed on the queue
- When a user was banned from logging due multiple password failed attempts

\*These will trigger ONCE per ocurrence, this is important so we do not spam the administrators. So if the account X gets banned, you send one email. If the account Y gets banned, you send one email. If automation X fails, you send an email. If it fails again, you send another email.
