I would like to propose a feature suggestion for exception management. It is important to evaluate the risk associated with the exception so that the exception decision flow can be done properly. For example, if this is low risk exception request, no senior management approval, however, higher risk exception, it will require senior management’s approval.
More complex design is to allow “add” multiple risks if the exception would resulting various risks consideration. This will allow a more comprehehsive views of evaluating the exceptions.
