# Feature - Third party NDAs

Its common for businesses to enter into NDAs with third parties. These often have expiry dates but also may have unlimited time periods.  
We’re currently recording these as a ‘support contract’ but this doesn’t quite capture the full nature of an NDA as it doesn’t allow setting unlimited expiry dates. It’d be useful to have a specific section for recording such agreements with third parties.
