# Feature - update all forms & fields in eramba

On e3.21.0:

we will start working on a completlly new UI/UX for eramba in October, hopefully next year it will be available to everyone. In preparation for this new UI/UX we need to clean up the mess we have today…

most forms have very old and strange field names at times, we want to:

- rename fields to make sure they have a little more sense (this affects all existing installs, if they have customized some title those will be left untouched)
- update all fields helper texts (this affects all existing installs, if they have customized some helper text those will be left untouched)
- hide by default fields that are not very important (customisations will let you show them if you want, this applies to all new installs not existing installs)
- adjust default columns for all “All Item” filter shown by default in eramba (this affects only clean installs, not existing installs)
