General - support stats feb2018

Having Emi on the team has started to pay off in terms of support.

Emi is based in Buenos Aires (more or less US timezones, where %40 of our customers come from) where he lives with her daughter Sofi (very good friend of Esteban son) and even when he is part timing with us we have cut response times by almost 10 hours.

I think is because he is taking over sales and partners emails.

Lucky to have this guy onboard!
