Offtopic - email issues

We have some issues with Amazon SES services and we are not able to send emails from our systems (forum, website, etc) so it might take a day or so until they resolve their issue.

554 Message rejected: Sending paused for this account. For more information, please check the inbox of the email address associated with your AWS account.

we have now switched to our backup email for critical services (web, support, saas - not the forum) so we are able to operate normally with the exception of the forum that uses Amazon SES. we are talking to their support teams to resolve this issue.
