Question about reports created by users

My question is related to the reports we can create using text, table, filters and charts.
How can I create a report section that a result like this built-in report:

Report builder → Chart → “Asset and related Objects (Item)”

Works on Item level reports, not Section Level

Thanks but I can’t find any such thing no matter what section I tried selecting. Will keep looking though.
