# Question - Bulk updating Asset Risk Review Dates

**Subject: Bulk Updating Asset Risk Review Dates**

I’m looking to update the _Risk Review Date_ and _Next Review Date_ for multiple assets at once. When I try to select more than one asset, I receive a message stating that bulk edits will not be saved.

Would it be possible to work around this by exporting the asset data to a CSV file, updating the dates there, and then reimporting the file? If so, will the system update the existing records correctly, or is there a risk it will create duplicate entries?

hello, is not possible, the same applies to risks or policies. the idea long ago was to do this diliggently (meaning one by one), but it seems some people for some reason does this in bulk-edits. we will include this on the new ux (later this year) where the entire review process will look differently ([Feature - review process of risks, policies and assets - #8 by kisero](https://discussions.eramba.org/t/feature-review-process-of-risks-policies-and-assets/2190/8))
