# Question - Cannot save anything on eramba

Hello,

I am using my admin accounts to navigate on Eramba whenever I tried to save a tab for example “Scope”. the application freezes until i have to refresh then i lose all the information.

I believe there is a problem with your public address setting. Most often, these problems point to the wrong public address setting.
