We actually implemented this some time ago: Feature - clickable links on filters
Therefore if you have link in description you can click directly and it is working ok. So i was thinking as an workaround adding comments column to index and click on it. But unfortunately this workaround is not workarounding haha.
We will have a look if we can extend the functionality into this as well.
