yes is terrible, we use it for ourselves for our policies … we keep them very simple (bullet points, paragraphs, etc) and that helps … but still is complicated.

it will be replaced with the new ux/ui

You cannot imagine how happy I am to hear that. I think that was my first question when we started using eramba 6 or more years ago.

We try and avoid using policies as links or attachments. We really love the fact that if the content is directly handled inside eramba we have all the document history + reviews and changelogs.

Can’t wait for this new ux/ui.

Yes we are the same and absolutely love it that all our documents etc are handled within Eramba and show the meta data. Likewise not overjoyed with the current editor.

Looks great.

Btw. if you want beta-testers or have questions about usage/features/problems, basically anything related to the online editor, feel free to ask. This feature is very important to us so we’d take time to give you proper feedback if we can help out in any way.

Just checking if there are any updates on this request and the adoption of the new editor.

We would also prefer to manage our documents directly in Eramba rather than using links or attachments, but the current editor is still a major limitation for us.

Any news or progress you can share?

Thanks!

Yes! Coming alongside approvals, reviews, and attestation, the entire policy section will be significantly better.

We wanted to show it anyway rather than wait until every detail is settled. The loop A document is drafted and approved, and approving it publishes a version. Publishing does two things by itself: it as…
