I have set different warning notifications based on dynamic status change. One of the conditions of status is to change on **Actual Date + 7 days**. I set the Risk treatment due date as 18-july yesterday . the status was supposed to be changed today morning automatically but didn’t changed.
How does this condition work?

Hello @mahamkj,

If you set the Risk treatment due date as the 18th of July, this condition will execute the change on the 25th of July.
If you want to send a notification 7 days before due date, you will have to select **Actual Date - 7 days**.

Hope this helps. Thank you.

Looks like there is a configuration issue, I suggest you check the system health and run commands as recommended.
