Question: Docker install sends admin token via email but email can only be set up after logging in

We are busy following the instructions: Docker Install to set up eramba via Docker so we can migrate from our VM install.

We got as far as creating the super admin, then in the next step we need to enter the token we received via email, but I find no clues on how to set up outgoing emails except from the admin interface and that requires this token to log in.

How is the token supposed to be sent without being able to set up the outgoing SMTP connection?

I suppose you are installing community if there is a token.
Token is sent from our support server.

Thanks! We were first testing with community before finalizing and going with enterprise version. The guide didn’t mention anything about the token coming from an external server. Sorry about that.

Thanks for clarifying.

Well, next issue. Let me quote the instructions: Docker Install

Install - Enterprise

To install enterprise, you need to purchase a license key from eramba and then download the software from https://downloads.eramba.org using the key provided by us.

And when visiting https://downloads.eramba.org

=>

Replying to myself: the download page works again, no more error 404.

Hello,

Sorry, we were busy migrating this server to a new infrastructure. It is possible it was down for some time.
