Question - Error CRON task "EmailQueueCron"

Hi support team,

We get the following error

“CRON task “EmailQueueCron” failed to process with error: There was an error while flushing the email queue, we could not complete the process. Many times this happens when files (emails) have been deleted by a linux admin from the directory: eramba_v2/app/Vendor/queue/…”

But we didn’t deleted the files from the queue.

please assist.

Can you test your email settings? (systems/settings/email config). What is the result?
We will most probably need a zoom call to resolve this but can you send us screenshot of about page and latest crontab entries (system/settings/cron history) to support@eramba.org?
