Question - Getting error when creating a filter

I am in the Compliance Analysis section of the dashboard and click on Filtering => NEW

In the popup I check a few boxes and untick others, then click on save. Result is shown below. What exactly is the problem here?

I marked the changed tick-boxes

Most probably you are missing name for the filter. Click on manage and there is a name field.
