I thought (from going through the training videos) that the ‘current’ audit was the most recently completed one. I must be wrong however because I have this audit (screenshot attached), that is still showing the previous (failed) audit as ‘current’.
What are the circumstances that cause this label to move?

from what I see the latest audit is planned in the future - 1st of Sep 2023.
The “Status” should change according to Planned date and will turn “Current” once the planned date is in the past.
Hope this helps.
You can also add an ad-hoc audit, (actions /add) , set a new planned date … then that record will be the current one. this is typically the case when people re-tests a failed audit.
