# Question: need some help with a custom view

I have made a clone of the view: “Controls with expired audits” as I wanted to customize the columns. I removed a few columns and added the column “Planned start”
I assume that audits are expired if their planned date is in the past, and it has no conclusion?
Anyway, look at this screenshot below. It shows 5 results. I clicked on the first result’s “Audits” column which led to the 6 audits shown below. Clearly, the expired audit was due on the 30.04.2025 (Planned start) so why does the column “Planned Start” not show that date?

OK, I realized something weird. The result of this filter looks different in the two places I use it. Not sure what I am doing wrong. I have already cleared the cache.
A) Looking at Internal Controls, filtered
B) Using my custom filter from above in a custom dashboard

Yes, it looks like there’s an issue where the planned start date is not being populated.
I’m adding it to the list of fixes to be included in the next batch.

Thanks. I wanted to add that it doesn’t seem intuitive to list all planned start dates since this is a filter for expired audits, why not just list the last planned start date which made this show as expired?

The Planned Start column lists all audits related to the internal control.
Unfortunately, there’s currently no way to filter or display only the expired audits within that view.
If you want to focus on expired audits, it’s best to use a filter directly in the Audit section, where you can create a view specifically for expired items.
