Hi,

Our client it’s asking if It’s possible to add other providers to the OAuth authentication (currently only Google it’s available).

They have experience doing that in the past with other PHP softwares.

Regards,

Hello Jorge,

I’m creating an issue that goes into our backlog.

Hello,

I am following up on this topic as we still have the same need to use our custom OAuth login. When I click on the provided GitHub link, I get a 404 error page.

Is the link correct? Has the request evolved? Can we get the right link to track progress and see if the request has been scheduled in the roadmap?

Thank you 🙂

It works - there’s a section on configuring SAML in the documentation and several threads here on setting up both Okta and Microsoft (fka) AzureAD. Should be able to use your custom provider as well.

I did not see this option for OAuth. Only SAML unfortunately.

If it exists, could show me a link please? We would also like to set our custom OAuth provider

Hello,

No changes done here. Only Google available as Oauth provider.

Any news, now, two years later? We’re looking for Microsoft specifically.

hello,

nothing changed since the last update, google is still the only oauth provider. this never made it high enough on the priority list.

that said, we are currently migrating to laravel and adding oauth providers might happen.

if you need oauth with a specific provider, let us know which one. the more input we get here, the easier it is to decide what to include.

We also prefer Microsoft/Entra.

OAuth/OIDC are standardized protocols though, so it should be relatively trivial to make it fully configurable like SAML, if you already added support for Google. Perhaps if you prefer to offer support for specific providers, a configurable “Custom” option to start with could be practical to handle the immediate demand?

I can confirm this will be part of migration to laravel.
