I can see that you reported this as fixed on Apr 10 in Release 3.26.2 (hotfix)
but I’m now on 3.26.4 and I’m getting a similar error
Steps to reproduce

3.26.4 Community
DB Schema Version
20250227123916
System health is showing no issues , Updates is showing no updates available
- Control catalog
- Policies
- put a tick in the left hand column for a policy
- click activity log in the action bar
get this error
Not Found
Error: The requested address ‘/activity-log/activity-logs/index/SecurityPolicyReviews?filter%5Bforeign_key%5D%5Boperator%5D=%24eq&filter%5Bforeign_key%5D%5Bvalue%5D=403’ was not found on this server.
Go back button: (doesn’t work)
Dashboards button: (takes you back to the dash)
Same happens when swapping step 2 above with Internal controls, Policy exception, continuity plan
and I also selected Asset risk as step 1 and chose a risk and got the same
Cleared cache and repeated above tests got the same.
Am I doing something wrong?
