At the processes creation I have to add RTO and MTO - but how we set the unit there - days or hours?

you can rename the field and put whatever unit you want , i think it makes no difference to eramba

you mean rename = custom translation? or there exist other way?

Custom Fields - rename the fields , you do not need a custom translation

thanks a lot - it works,
Only the point - in the BIA in description of the Process analysis - RTO/MTO will shown without changes only “Process RTO”, etc…
