Question - Update to version 3.15.0 fails

I just want to report that we ran into difficulty upgrading to version 3.15.0 . We are currently on version 3.14.0 . After putting the site into maintenance mode, and then executing the update, we enter a login loop as follows:

  1. Sign in as Admin
  2. Eramba shows a message prompting to disable maintenance mode.
  3. Clicking on the button to disable maintenance mode takes me to a sign in screen.
  4. Repeat from step 1

We rolled back to a snapshot I took prior to the upgrade attempt. I will stay on 3.14.0 for a few days to see if anyone else runs into similar trouble.


We do not have reports about this issue from other customers, unfortunately. If you will do the update again and the behaviour will be the same, please send us logs so we can investigate on our end.

my update ran successfully but when trying to log in again I ended in the same loop. As far as I remember, I tried it like 5 times and deleted my browser cache/cookies and the problem went away.

Same on my side. Clearing the cache was the key.

Today I was able to update from 3.14.0 to 3.15.0 and then 3.15.1 . Thank you, everyone, for your feedback.
