Use Eramba API to Create a Issue in JIRA
The only way eramba can trigger a webhook (to jira or whatever) is trough notifications.
1- create a warning notification (you can use dynamic status for more custom triggers)
2- configure (and test) the webhook there
check the notification videos (introductions video) if should help:
i would suggest you start there!
I do not have the skillz to use a webhook to raise a Jira ticket myself,
but if dearly to to be able to do this - for some of my colleagues, a Jira ticket is much more meaningful to them than an email!
It would love to see a proper tutorial / worked example of how to do it documented.
