# Question: views not sorted by name

The views dropdown should IMHO be sorted by name. Currently it is sorted by ID or creation date? Not sure to be honest and that’s what bugs me. I am fine with a deliberate choice of sort order but as a user it just seems random.

It’s basically the same for dropdown selects of threats and vulnerabilities when adding a risk. Why is that sorted by ID / creation and not by name? If I don’t remember the name and can’t filter the list of threats with a keyword, I go through the list. Those lists should be sorted by name, so they can easily be iterated.
