Request: Filter option for "OR"

I’ve had a few cases where I want to create a filter that includes two or more alternative options. For instance, Account Reviews which include Not OK or Not Sure responses. Currently I have to create two separate filters to see each set of results, and of course, there can be overlap in the two lists (some with both Not Ok and Not Sure responses.

In general I think we need filter options which allow for OR.

It is not a bad idea but it is really difficult to implement, so we put it to long term. Thanks for the idea anyway.
