Support Statistics - October

Dashboard for October support tickets from enterprise customers. The first reply is much quicker in my opinion than 25 hours, is just that we get many “sales” tickets which we reply a lot later than “support” ones.

If anyone has suggestions on our support channels, quality, etc please do let us know. @emilianofracchia will join eramba team from Argentina, that is great news for US customers since we’ll finally have someone on your timezone to help you.
