If I create a new Group and give specific ‘Allowed’ permissions for Settings/Manage All Settings’, the user in that group cannot access the ‘Mail/Emails in Queue’ section and throws the following error.

On e372, i create a group with this permission:
then i try the url: https://demo-e.eramba.org/queue
and i get the same error
