Since activity logs are getting more important in 3.28, I have noticed that they’re not displaying anything for all type of items (policy, internal control, audit, etc.) even if there is comments, attachments, etc.
Not sure if this helps, but I’m running the Enterprise version and my activity logs seem to be working fine. My current version is 3.36.6. Again I am using the Enterprise version so I’m not sure if the versions line up.
We checked with a read-only account such as our auditors might have and there are now unable to access the attachments from the activity view. It’s a major issue as either we need to add to their account the edit permissions or share proofs offline which greatly reduce the effect of our GRC platform.
We are having a similar issue on 3.28.1 enterprise, on prem edition, except that now there is no way to circumvent it by using the “Edit (Complete missing audit)” feature as it does not seem to be possible to switch from this view to the comments & attachments anymore.
It also seems to affect some internal audits but not all of them. I am not sure if there is an available fix but its a major issue for us as well.
