Bug: Activity logs missing (community version)

Hello,

Since activity logs are getting more important in 3.28, I have noticed that they’re not displaying anything for all type of items (policy, internal control, audit, etc.) even if there is comments, attachments, etc.

I’ve checked also on the previous version 3.27 and it seems I was also having the same issue with error message.

Since I’m using the community version of Eramba, is Activity logs only working on Entreprise? I didn’t see any mention of it tho.

Not sure if this helps, but I’m running the Enterprise version and my activity logs seem to be working fine. My current version is 3.36.6. Again I am using the Enterprise version so I’m not sure if the versions line up.

We checked with a read-only account such as our auditors might have and there are now unable to access the attachments from the activity view. It’s a major issue as either we need to add to their account the edit permissions or share proofs offline which greatly reduce the effect of our GRC platform.

Hi - I’ve updated to the version 3.28.1 but I’m still having the same issue and the activity logs been desperately empty. Is it not a bug?

The activity log (history) is not available in the Community version.
In this panel, only comments and attachments are shown.

Got it - but I’m not seeing anything comments and attachments alike only when I’m using the edit button then switching to the attachments directly.

With an user with a read-only permissions, nothing is shown and since the edit button is not visible, it does show nothing.

We are having a similar issue on 3.28.1 enterprise, on prem edition, except that now there is no way to circumvent it by using the “Edit (Complete missing audit)” feature as it does not seem to be possible to switch from this view to the comments & attachments anymore.

It also seems to affect some internal audits but not all of them. I am not sure if there is an available fix but its a major issue for us as well.

If you’ve just recently updated eramba, the comments take a bit of time to migrate to the item detail view. That said, if the update wasn’t recent, please write to us here: support@eramba.org.

What do you mean by “Recent”? We did the update on Monday’s morning (10:00 AM, UTC+7).
