We are using the Eramba 3.28.0 application, on premises. It looks great overall; however, I have found two things that I believe to be bugs.
The first one is related to the formatting of Comments in the “Detailed View”. I have simply gone to an audit item and select it to have the issue displaying. As you can see on the below screenshot, the “Comments” that were added are not formatted when being in the detailed view, which is really not practical in terms of readability:
If instead to go to the “Detailed view”, I click on the audit item and then click on “Edit (Complete missing audit)” and visualize the comments, the comments are properly formatted:
This leads me to my second issue. As you can see in the first screen capture, the username of the poster has been properly displayed (I masked it for privacy reason). However, on the second screenshot, “Unknown User” is displayed instead.
