Question - Our Eramba system emails/notifications are being sent multiple times - twice for reports, four times for policy review notifications. Is there somewhere a setting where we can see what causes this?

We will need to know:
- Screenshots of what kind of notifications you have enabled
- Screenshot of configuration of one notification which is firing multiple times
- Sample email which is being sent multiple times
- CVS export of the mail queue
You can find mail queue in settings.
