Bug - Emails being sent multiple times

Question - Our Eramba system emails/notifications are being sent multiple times - twice for reports, four times for policy review notifications. Is there somewhere a setting where we can see what causes this?

We will need to know:

  • Screenshots of what kind of notifications you have enabled
  • Screenshot of configuration of one notification which is firing multiple times
  • Sample email which is being sent multiple times
  • CVS export of the mail queue
