I’m trying to add some more external audit findings 
, but when I try to select the associated Compliance Package the list is only a sub section of the compliance packages are shown. (You might also notice the Compliance Package name - doesn’t match the name in the compliance package list)

so when you go to external audit findings, on the right tab you should see this:
is the package name, followed by the items inside tabbed to the right.
looking at your screenshot , is strange because the font looks strange (the package name font is smaller than the items if you see my screenshot) and there are no items.
does your packages (the ones you list there, have items inside? (I dont see them on the screenshot) is very strange you might need to reach support@eramba.org to dig deeper
