As a number of eramba users in our company is increasing we have found this situation.
If I created a filter (the public one), other users can see it and use it, is in a list of filters, but they can’t see it and use it in Reports. Each user only sees the default and their own filters, but other users’ filters are not available, even though they are set to public.
Is there any way how to change it?
no there is no fix for this at the moment, most customers do not even realize this ! … so good catch.
this (and other issues related to filters) are part of the corrections you will see on the new UX/UI
