Bug - Full text not shown when mouse hovering

Hi, in the new UI (v3.28.0), after clicking on an item’s Reviews or Audits an overlay appears below:

1. When hovering the mouse over the fields with long text, in most cases it doesn’t show it in full anymore, so stakeholders can’t quickly read the info on the fields.

2. Only in a few cases the Audit Methodology field shows such full text but in the back instead of in the front (so it’s not possible to read it fully)

Hi, we will address this in a hotfix release. For now, I suggest using the wrap text option.
