Bug - LDAP Bind not working since update to 3.28.0

Hello,

Since the deployment to the 3.28.0 on-premises, users usually authenticating through LDAP cannot authenticate anymore.

These users have the message: ““ldap_bind(): Unable to bind to server: Can’t contact LDAP server”“

Could you please have a look? FYI, it happened to us last year, during another major version update.
