I’ve created a sync job, but when I run the simulation it reports errors on some accounts I have previously imported, saying the email addresses are already being used. What I noticed about all of the referenced accounts is the error showed the user ID in lower case, where all the accounts currently in the system are in upper case. Is the case of the user ID something the sync can ignore, or am I going to need to adjust the case of the affected accounts already in eramba to get past this issue?

I’m really sorry but I can not understand what exactly you are trying to do. Can you provide video or some screenshots so we can try to reproduce this scenario on our side? Can you also confirm which version are you using? Because there was a lot of work done with LDAP functionality.
