We seem to have hit a PHP bug on the Curl extensions that affects the hourly cron, this is only an issue if you have php 7.1.23 or above.
The problem is that if your hourly cron fails, system health is not fully ok and therefore you are not allowed by default to make system upgrades to correct this issue.
To overcome that, enable “Debug” (Under System / Debug) on the system - in that way even with system health issues you will be able to push updates. If you have any question please contact support@eramba.org
