Bug - Policy review history inconsistent

After updating to version 3.29.0, policy document reviews are displayed inconsistently across the Document View, Policy Portal, and downloaded PDFs. In several cases, the review order is incorrect and the “Updated by” field is missing.

Steps and Observations:

1. Document View (Policy selected → Document View):

   • Review history is displayed correctly.

   • Reviews are ordered with the latest first.

   • All fields are present: Version, Policy Reviewer Contact, Updated by, and Update Notes.

2. PDF Download from Document View:

   • Review history is out of order.

   • The “Updated by” field is missing.

3. Policy Portal (Show all reviews):

   • Review history is displayed in the correct order.

   • The “Updated by” field is missing.

4. PDF Download from Policy Portal:

   • Review history is in the correct order.

   • The “Updated by” field is still missing.

Expected Behaviour:

• Review histories should be consistently ordered (latest first) across all views and exports.

• The “Updated by” field should appear wherever review history is displayed, including all PDFs.

Actual Behaviour:

• Review order and displayed fields vary depending on the view and export method.

The review history out of order, I’m not able to reproduce it. For versioning, are you using numbers, text, or both? (pdf downloaded from document view).

The “Updated by” field is completely gone? I do see the field, but I’ve noticed that on the downloaded PDF it does not correctly display the updated by user. This is a bug we will fix.
