When using the Policy, Risk and Asset modules you need to deal with “Reviews”. Notifications on reviews have two custom roles, “Reviewer” and “Planned Reviewer” - the reason for this is because the window you use to create reviews has these two roles:
whatever you put on “Planned Reviewer” actually ends up on the “Reviewer” role so it will work anyway … is just confusing.
To fix:
- hide “Planned Reviewer” custom role on all three modules
- migrate any notification that has “Planned Reviewer” defined to “Reviewer”
