Bug: Using built-in editor, found broken images

I was going to review a policy which “uses content” with the built-in editor.

when I noticed that an image was broken. It looks like this:

image

I checked the source code:

<p style="margin-bottom:7.5pt;line-height:normal;"><span style="font-size:9pt;font-family:Helvetica, sans-serif;color:#646D78;"> </span></p><p style="margin-bottom:7.5pt;line-height:normal;"><img src="https://ourdomain.tld/editorUploader/view/d7cce7f077d271683e4df60671143c90073b9a1d.png" style="width:962px;" alt="d7cce7f077d271683e4df60671143c90073b9a1d"><br></p><p></p>

Going back, I noticed the image was broken for the last few reviews so basically all I was wondering was if someone can briefly explain where I could find the uploaded images just in case I discover more broken image links and want to manually recover the image.

I am sure the image was initially there. Not trying to figure out what happened as this eramba instance has been running for many years, just want to know if I can manually find the image somewhere in a folder?
