Bug - Visualisation setting error message

We are using Enterprise v. 3.27.0 and when we go to the Visualisation setting, any action we try to take results in Error: An Internal Error Has Occurred.

The steps to reproduce include going to any section in the Visualisation setting, taking any action, and then clicking Save. Trying to toggle the Enable/Disable button and trying to include an exempted User/Group both don’t get saved, instead the error message pops up. This occurs if I click the Save button without making changes as well.

We are fairly new to Eramba and have not used this setting yet. No users or groups have been added to any exemptions. We tried these actions on two different accounts under the Admin group.

We already have a fix for it, and it will be included shortly in a hotfix release.

Is there already a planned date for the hotfix release ? We are also affected by this issue in the early phases of setting up Eramba Enterprise.

nope, not this week for sure, perhaps next week we are working on multiple things at the same time. we’ll update customers when a release becomes public.
