Dashboard failed to load after SaaS update - common issue?

Dear community,
as of the latest SaaS release 3.28 our Dashboard fails to load.
Unfortunately the error message only reads “Loading has failed :(”
Is this a common issue/known issue? If yes, I will wait patiently for the hotfix, if not, I will open a ticket :slight_smile:

The log package I downloaded did not show anything in particular I would relate to dashboards.
The update log however shows two lines saying
2026-01-05 15:10:00 error: We are not able to authenticate your enterprise ID (Client ID). Please contact our support team.
2026-01-07 07:37:33 error: We are not able to authenticate your enterprise ID (Client ID). Please contact our support team.

Dashboard has only two simple widgets (a counter widget and a text widget, with links).
Dashboard was opened and saved again but it fails to load for all our users.
